Paper & Pearl Photography
A bit ABOUT me
I love visual story telling. My formal training is in documentary film making and this influences my photographic style. I count it a great privilege to share in people's stories. I aim to capture authentic moments as they unfold using natural light and surroundings.
I love the opportunity for an adventure, and traveling for a photography project is always fun. I live in beautiful Mt Maunganui, with my husband and our two poppets Finn and Matilda. To find out more or to get in touch, head to the 'Contact' page.
"Alice's beautiful photography captured our special day perfectly. Alice met with us prior to our wedding day and we discussed ideas, locations, and timelines. Alice gave us plenty of practical advice from her years of experience as a wedding photographer, this helped our wedding day run smoothly. Our wedding party was extra large - consisting of 15 people. Alice's cool, calm, collected approach worked well with such a large group of people to coordinate. I would highly recommend Alice as a wedding photographer." - Rebekah & Joma
"Thank you so much Alice for these amazing photos, we love them! We love that they are really natural shots that truly capture our little family unit, you made the session relaxed and fun which was perfect for our toddler we all know how they don't play the game sometimes. I highly recommend Paper and Pearl photography to all my Friends and Family." - Ginnie McAllister

"Thanks so much for the beautiful photos you made of our little family, we love them! We love the natural look of the photos and that you were able to take these at our home, in our own environment. Thank you also for being so fantastic with our toddler who did not want to be in any photos, you have still captured him perfectly! Would highly recommend to all." - Barbara Dunne
